Description
Separating funnel is made of borosilicate glass. It is supplied with a PE stopper and a PTFE stopcock. The glass separating funnel has a conical shape and a hemispherical end. It has sloping sides which facilitate the identification of the layers. The stopcock-controlled outlet of the funnel is used to drain liquid out of the funnel. There is a standard taper joint on top of the separating funnel fitting with a ground glass or Teflon stopper. Glass separating funnels are marked with white enamel graduations and available in different sizes:
