Glass filter funnel is for laboratory use. It measures and concentrates particulates in a fluid sample onto a membrane filter. It can also purify the filtration. The filter funnel is made of thick and toughened borosilicate glass leading to greater chemical strength. Also, it has a prolonged life even if you use it harder than normal. Glass filter funnels are resistant to fire to a very high extent. They are marked with dishwasher & heat-safe graduations and available in sizes:
